2. Platform Description

MoonPie is a decentralized token launchpad built on Asset Chain that enables anyone to launch a token — from memes to utility projects — with no code, no presales, and fair-launch logic. Features include a bonding curve, liquidity lock, instant trading, a bridge system, and a rewards engine.

Users interact via connected crypto wallets. No account or registration is required.

3. User Eligibility

MoonPie is intended for users aged 18 and above. Residents of jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC or other restricted regions may not use the platform.

4. Usage Rules

Users may not use MoonPie to launch scam tokens, spam contracts, or engage in any harmful, exploitative, or illegal behavior. We do not manually review or moderate tokens launched. Use MoonPie at your own discretion.

5. Fees & Revenue Share

Platform fees are charged via the bonding curve and swap mechanics. A portion of fees collected will be redistributed through a community revenue share system. MoonPie reserves the right to disqualify any user abusing the system.

6. Referral System

Users may earn from successful referrals based on on-chain activity. Referral abuse, including multi-wallet farming, may result in disqualification.

MoonPie is not financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee token value, performance, uptime, or future earnings. We are not responsible for tokens created by third parties.
